Administrative team
Camille Gagnon is a pharmacist with a master’s degree in public health. Before joining the network, she worked as a clinical pharmacist with collaborative family practice teams in Ottawa and Montréal. Through this experience, she developed a passion for geriatrics and deprescribing. Camille has worked in community pharmacies and served as a clinical program manager in the private insurance industry. She has also taught pharmacology to future pharmacy technicians.
Since 2017, Camille has managed the network’s day-to-day operations, ensuring it effectively raises awareness, promotes evidence-based practices, and advances research in deprescribing and medication appropriateness.

Tiphaine Pierson, MSc, Research & Communications Specialist
Tiphaine has a background in research, having completed a MSc in kinesiology at McGill University. She leads several knowledge translation activities at the Network, including literature reviews, publications and promotional campaigns to share deprescribing resources.
Tiphaine also produces content for CADeN’s social media channels and newsletters, and supports the network’s Health Care Provider Committee.
Jennie Herbin, MA, Lead, Patient & Community Engagement
Jennie has a multidisciplinary background with academic training in biology (BSc Honours), theatre, and translation studies (MA). She has the honour of working alongside CADeN’s patient and public partners to help shift perceptions and practices around medication use in Canada. Since 2022, she has also had the privilege of leading the development and implementation of the network's decolonization and Indigenization action plan—grounded in building strong, values-based relationships with Indigenous communities and organizations.
Inès Paschos, MSc, Public Engagement and Health Promotion Coordinator
Inès has been working with the Network since 2024. With a background in research, she works closely with Jennie Herbin to develop and strengthen relationships with communities, focusing on knowledge translation. Inès ensures that the network’s resources and messages are disseminated in a relevant and useful way across the different provinces and territories. She also plays a key role in building and maintaining sustainable partnerships to ensure the Network meets the diverse needs of the public.
Ninh Khuong, MSc, Network Coordinator
Ninh has completed her MSc studies in pharmacology. She has been working as a Network Coordinator with CADeN since 2022. In this administrative role, she supports various CADeN committees and manages the CADeN website. She also leads the translation project for medication safety resources, which are now available in 10 languages other than English and French. She enjoys connecting with people from diverse backgrounds who share common interests in medication safety.
